Registration

CUI 2026 is intended to be an in-person conference, and as such, our registration fees reflect running an in-person event. However, we recognize that it may not be possible for everyone who wishes to attend to do so in-person, so we also offer a virtual/online attendance-only option.

Registration for CUI 2026 is now open!

Authors of accepted papers must register no later than 12th June 2026. Each accepted paper, poster, DC, or demo must be attached to an on-site registration. Multiple papers can be attached to a single registration. Changes to the registration category (particularly, moving from in-person to virtual and issuing a refund) will not be permitted after 19th June (exceptional circumstances may be allowed). Any submission without a corresponding registration may be withheld from publication. We will support remote presentations only at the virtual event on 15th July. Please ensure you register at the correct rate. If you do not, you will be liable to pay the difference. You can revise your registration online up to one week before the conference.

Reduced rate for economically developing countries

CUI is committed to increasing the accessibility and diversity of the conference series. Following a tradition established a number of years ago, CUI 2026 is offering discounted registration to individuals based in economically developing countries.

If eligible for the discount, you will be provided with a discount code at the end of the registration process that should be pasted into the discount text field for the discount to be applied.
